Welcome to Kuku by Jikoni. Please review the following terms and conditions that govern our casual, large-format catering services, online ordering systems, and specialized on-site event series. By placing an order, submitting an inquiry, or purchasing an event ticket, you agree to be legally bound by these operational policies.
1. Catering Service Levels & Logistics
We offer five distinct service tiers designed to accommodate corporate functions, production sets, and private gatherings: Pickup: Orders can be collected directly from our designated kitchen location. 10-Mile Delivery: Standard automated delivery is available exclusively for locations within a strict 10-mile radius of our Arts District kitchen. Drop-off: Delivery services for clients located outside the standard 10-mile perimeter will require manual coordination. Drop-off with Setup: Our team will deliver and attractively arrange your buffet format, complete with item signage, before leaving you to enjoy your event. Full-Service Events: Staffed services are available for the duration of your event, utilizing staff-served buffets or individually plated small bites. Please Note: Kuku specializes strictly in casual, large-format catering and events. If your event requires bespoke, formal, or seated dining, you must coordinate directly with our formal sister brand, Jikoni. To maintain strict food safety standards, all delivery orders are securely packaged in specialized catering boxes and sealed with tamperproof tape prior to handover or driver dispatch.
2. Ordering, Invoicing, and Payments
Automated Delivery Ordering: Automated online ordering and payment processing within our 10-mile perimeter is handled via our Toast system. Catering Inquiry Requirements: For large orders, drop-off services outside the 10-mile radius, or full-service events, clients must utilize our online inquiry form. This form prompts you to pre-select your menu items, modifiers, and portion variants. Invoice Processing: Once our team reviews your submitted inquiry form, an official invoice will be generated and processed securely through the Toast system. Orders are not finalized until payment is secured.
3. Website Optimization and Data Accuracy
We continuously update our website layout, metadata, page descriptions, and embedded text menus to improve search engine optimization (SEO) data feeds. While we endeavor to keep all digital modifier packages, size descriptions, and pricing accurate, any manual errors on live web templates will be corrected upon discovery, and the finalized invoice prices generated via Toast will remain authoritative.
